When you call in or telephone we will ask you a few questions about the person you are sending the flowers to. We ask what day the flowers are for, where it is to go to, and the occasion. If the recipient has a favourite colour or a favourite flower, this can be the main theme of your gift. We can reccomend a range of styles, varieties and shades of flowers for you to choose from. From this information our florists can suggest the perfect gift.
We'll need your full name, address and a daytime phone number together with your credit or debit card details to pay for the order if you want to do it all on the phone.
At present we do not have the facility to take orders by email or directly from the website. We like to speak directly to you, as we feel it's really important to deal individually with each customer - we can always call you if it is easier. We are not a faceless organisation or a call centre available 24/7. We are real people, trained florists offering you a personal service.
